The vision behind the brand is to create and deliver exceptional quality and iconic properties that enrich the lives of others. We aim to do this through strategic and scrutinous site selection, thoroughly considered design and the delivery of outstanding properties.
Ascendant Property utilises a diversified approach to servicing the property market and our projects. This approach includes research and feasibility, site acquisition and design and means that we approach every project as an opportunity to create distinguishable, visually captivating, and remarkable spaces.
Ascendant Property offers a range of services including Interior Design, Renovation and Development Consulting and Project Management and is based in Brisbane, however we service Australia-wide.

As a lawyer in a previous life, Erin brings invaluable commercial acumen and negotiation skills to Ascendant Property. These skills assist all aspects of Ascendant Property including site acquisition and due diligence investigations, understanding of town planning issues, and negotiating and managing contracts.
In addition, Erin also brings an incredible creative eye for design which allows her to see the potential in a property that many others may not. Working on a major renovation of her own only fuelled her passion for interior design and assisting others with their own spaces, which as we know, can at times be overwhelming. This, coupled with her flair for design and documentation allows Erin to lead and manage the design process of our projects to aesthetic and commercial success.
Through its design process, Ascendant Property celebrates colour, texture, shape and form and brings together innovative solutions.
Ultimately, Erin endeavours to create spaces for people that bring comfort, timelessness, enjoyment, happiness and enrich their lives.
